“The beach-themed shop specializes in custom-made ice cream sandwiches, but will sell its cookies, brownies and ice cream individually as well. To create a sandwich, it’s as easy as choosing cookies or brownies for the ends (feel free to mix and match), an ice cream flavor and a topping. Then, the sandwich is heat pressed just enough to soften the cookies without melting the ice cream.”
